Re-mind breathwork

I had the chance to meet Sunny unexpectedly during a trip to Sri Lanka. As we chatted, the topic of breathwork naturally came up, and he invited me to try a session. It turned out to be an absolutely transformative experience. By the end of the session, I felt a level of relaxation and inner peace that I had never experienced before in my entire life. Sunny’s guidance made it truly unforgettable.

I felt from the begging a welcoming space to let go emotions! It was beautiful to see how Sunny was taking care about me when I needed it. I’d definitely do it again! Sunny is a beautiful soul and it was a pleasure to share that space with him.

Warm welcome, great conversation, solid music, it was off to a good start and set the mind at ease to follow his guided breathwork. Felt an immense joy and a sense of letting go. I couldn’t stop laughing.

I did a couple of breathwork sessions with Sunny, and they were amazing. The first one I tried was his free course, and even though I didn’t really know the breathing techniques, I felt instant and euphoric results.

The second session, in May 2024, was my first longer (40-minute) one-on-one session with Sunny, and it was magical. I never thought I’d be able to hold my breath for that long 🙂 The music he chose fit the journey perfectly and really added to the whole experience. Sunny has this incredible way of making you feel super comfortable, which is so important, especially in such an intimate setting when it’s your first time.

After that session, I convinced my two housemates to try a group session with him, and it turned into such a beautiful and bonding moment for the three of us. Definitely coming back for more!
