What is Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic breathwork combines conscious breathing with body awareness, creating a powerful practice for releasing stored emotions and unresolved experiences accumulated over time. While talk therapy engages the intellectual mind to process thoughts and emotions, breathwork taps into the intelligence of the body itself. Bypassing overthinking, breathwork allows you to access and release emotions on a physical level, creating a deep sense of calm, balance, and inner clarity.
Belief Based Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful tool for meditation and accessing the subconscious mind. My goal is to help you identify and release self-limiting beliefs using a system I’ve developed through my journey as a breathwork instructor.
I have created three core sessions which are Rewind, Release, and Replant—each serves a unique purpose. Together, they guide you to uncover old patterns, let go of emotional blocks, and plant empowering beliefs. This process helps you build resilience, gain clarity as you step into a greater, more fulfilling life.
Session 1 – RE-WIND
Re-wind explores early experiences, conditioning and beliefs. by the age of 7 your formative beliefs are created by your environment and controls how you see yourself, others and the world around you. If these beliefs are left unexamined they can limit your potential and create mental blocks restricting your potential and growth.
Session 2 – RE-LEASE
The second Session focused on Re-lease. If emotions are not expressed at the time of your experience, they are stored in the body until it is brought to the surface later in life. By identifying the self-limiting beliefs about yourself, you are able to release the emotion through breathwork creating space for new, healthier beliefs.
Session 3 – RE-PLANT
Re-plant is a special part of this process. It is the final course that involves consciously planting healthy seeds of thought in your subconscious mind. Adopting new beliefs to boost self-confidence and personal growth. Over time, these beliefs become habitual and part of your being, fostering a healthy self-image and helping you achieve your goals and become the person you aspire to be.

A great experience
I had the chance to meet Sunny unexpectedly during a trip to Sri Lanka. As we chatted, the topic of breathwork naturally came up, and he invited me to try a session. It turned out to be an absolutely transformative experience. By the end of the session, I felt a level of relaxation and inner peace that I had never experienced before in my entire life. Sunny’s guidance made it truly unforgettable.

Euphoric First Sessions
I did a couple of breathwork sessions with Sunny, and they were amazing. The first one I tried was his free course, and even though I didn’t really know the breathing techniques, I felt instant and euphoric results.
The second session, in May 2024, was my first longer (40-minute) one-on-one session with Sunny, and it was magical. I never thought I’d be able to hold my breath for that long 🙂 The music he chose fit the journey perfectly and really added to the whole experience. Sunny has this incredible way of making you feel super comfortable, which is so important, especially in such an intimate setting when it’s your first time.
After that session, I convinced my two housemates to try a group session with him, and it turned into such a beautiful and bonding moment for the three of us. Definitely coming back for more!
